Ultrasonography (IOTA‐ADNEX) vs magnetic resonance imaging (ADNEX MR) for diagnosing ovarian cancer in high‐risk patients: a prospective study

open access: yesUltrasound in Obstetrics &Gynecology, Volume 68, Issue 5, Page 701-713, November 2026.
ABSTRACT ObjectivesTo systematically validate and compare ultrasonography, using the ultrasound‐based International Ovarian Tumor Analysis – Assessment of Different NEoplasias in the adneXa (IOTA‐ADNEX) model, with magnetic resonance imaging (MRI), using the MRI‐based ADNEX MR scoring system, as second‐line imaging modalities for estimating the risk of

Combination of Lenvatinib and Antibiotics: A Potential Approach to Enhance Sensitivity in Differentiated Thyroid Cancer

open access: yesInternational Journal of Cancer, Volume 159, Issue 8, Page 1974-1989, 15 October 2026.
Although lenvatinib is the current first‐line therapy for radioiodine‐refractory differentiated thyroid carcinoma, its use is limited by severe side effects and reduced sensitivity. Here, the authors assessed the potential of sensitizing differentiated thyroid carcinoma tumor cells with limited lenvatinib responsiveness through the administration of ...
