Comparing the delay effects in different channels in packet-based networked control systems [PDF]

open access: yes, 2010
The different effects of the sensor-to-controller and the controller-to-actuator delays in networked control systems, are investigated within the packet-based control framework.

Ψ-Stability of Nonlinear Volterra Integro-Differential Systems with Time Delay

open access: yesAbstract and Applied Analysis, 2013
We give some sufficient conditions for Ψ-uniform stability of the trivial solutions of a nonlinear differential system and of nonlinear Volterra integro-differential systems with time delay.

Circulating tumor cell viability during and after radiotherapy mirrors treatment response in cancer patients

open access: yesMolecular Oncology, EarlyView.
Radiotherapy (RT) response depends on the DNA repair capacity of tumor and host cells. We show that circulating tumor cell (CTC) counts and apoptosis rates before and after RT predict treatment response and outcome, which can be accessed via easily accessible liquid biopsy approaches. Stability Criterion of Linear Control Systems with Time Delay

open access: yesMeasurement + Control, 1970
The paper outlines the Nyquist stability criterion linear control systems with time delay, using frequency response results. The variation of the loop-gain and time delay are investigated when the time delay occurs in the forward-loop or the feedback ...

Delay-dependent stabilization of a class of time-delay nonlinear systems: LMI approach

open access: yesAdvances in Difference Equations, 2017
This paper deals with the state and output feedback stabilization problems for a family of nonlinear time-delay systems satisfying some relaxed triangular-type condition.

Loss of IGF‐1R impairs DNA‐PKcs recruitment to chromatin leading to defective end‐joining

open access: yesMolecular Oncology, EarlyView.
IGF‐1R promotes radioresistance by facilitating DNA‐PKcs recruitment to chromatin, enabling non‐homologous end‐joining (NHEJ) repair of double‐strand breaks. Inhibition or loss of IGF‐1R disrupts this recruitment to damage sites, driving compensatory reliance on microhomology‐mediated end‐joining (MMEJ) repair.

Discrete-Time Adaptive Control for Systems With Input Time-Delay and Non-Sector Bounded Nonlinear Functions

open access: yesIEEE Access, 2019
This paper presents a discrete-time adaptive control approach for nonlinear systems with input delay. The nonlinearity is assumed to be non-sector bounded, resulting in the key technical lemma being inapplicable.

A novel quinazolinone insulin receptor inhibitor and its synergy with an EGFR inhibitor in glucose‐driven glioblastoma

open access: yesMolecular Oncology, EarlyView.
The novel styrylquinazolinone‐based molecule W1B effectively suppresses glioblastoma by inhibiting IGF1R and EGFR. In high‐glucose microenvironments driving tumor resistance, W1B acts synergistically with the EGFR inhibitor dacomitinib. This combination safely blocks compensatory survival signaling in zebrafish xenograft models. Showcasing promising in
