ABSTRACT Inositol pyrophosphates (PP‐InsPs) are central regulators of eukaryotic signaling events. While certain PP‐InsP isomers have been conclusively linked to the regulation of phosphate homeostasis through interaction with SPX domain‐containing proteins in plants, the functions of the recently discovered isomer 4/6‐PP‐InsP5 remain largely unknown ...

Temporal Interference Stimulation Enhances Neural Regeneration
Temporal interference (TI) stimulation is proposed as a non‐invasive approach to enhance neural regeneration in the deep brain. Theta‐band TI modulation selectively promotes neural progenitor cell differentiation in vitro and augments hippocampal neurogenesis in amouse model of Alzheimer's disease‐like amyloidosis.

Radar Waveform Recognition With ConvNeXt and Focal Loss
A method of automatic recognition of radar waves based on time-frequency analysis (TFA) and ConvNeXt model is proposed in the paper. The method aims to address the challenges of feature extraction difficulty and low recognition correctness in complex ...

By leveraging this homodimerization mechanism, molecular glues were rationally designed to induce dysfunctional 3A dimerization, thereby restoring antiviral RNAi. The optimal molecular glue, VTP‐32, demonstrated potent and pan‐enterovirus (groups A, B, D) antiviral effects.

Tunable Regional Targeting of Self‐Assembling Peptide Nanomaterials in Acute Myocardial Infarction
In a rat model of acute myocardial infarction, intravascular delivery of peptide nanofibers with a collagen‐targeting peptide bound to the infarct vasculature while globular peptide nanoparticles penetrated into the infarct area. This study demonstrated that size, shape, and surface chemistry of nanomaterials control the delivery location within the ...

HAT-P-47b AND HAT-P-48b: Two Low Density Sub-Saturn-Mass Transiting Planets on the Edge of the Period--Mass Desert [PDF]
We report the discovery of two new transiting extrasolar planets orbiting moderately bright (V = 10.7 and 12.2 mag) F stars (masses of 1.39 Msun and 1.10 Msun, respectively).
