Enhanced Uplink Time Difference Of Arrival by Adaptive Noise Canceller

open access: yes, 2014
UTDOA is considered the most accurate mobile positioning technique but the channel noise and multipath has a bad effect on time difference estimation which result an inaccurate position of the Mobile Station (MS).

Phase difference of arrival range estimation technique [PDF]

open access: yes, 2016
Range estimation is an integral part of all localization techniques. range information is usually inferred from strength of received signal, time of arrival and time-difference of arrival.

Keratin 19 as a prognostic marker and contributing factor of metastasis and chemoresistance in high‐grade serous ovarian cancer

open access: yesMolecular Oncology, EarlyView.
Keratin 19 (KRT19) is overexpressed in high‐grade serous ovarian cancer with high levels of Kallikrein‐related peptidases (KLK) 4–7 and is associated with poor survival. In vivo analyses demonstrate that elevated KRT19 increases peritoneal tumour burden.

Establishment of a humanized patient‐derived xenograft mouse model of high‐grade serous ovarian cancer for preclinical evaluation of combination immunotherapy

open access: yesMolecular Oncology, EarlyView.
We have established a humanized orthotopic patient‐derived xenograft (Hu‐oPDX) mouse model of high‐grade serous ovarian cancer (HGSOC) that recapitulates human tumor–immune interactions. Using combined anti‐PD‐L1/anti‐CD73 immunotherapy, we demonstrate the model's improved biological relevance and enhanced translational value for preclinical ...

CD47 promotes mitogen‐activated protein kinase and epithelial‐to‐mesenchymal transition molecular programs to drive prometastatic phenotypes in non‐small cell lung cancer

open access: yesMolecular Oncology, EarlyView.
Beyond its role in immune evasion, this study identified that CD47 drives tumor‐intrinsic signaling in non‐small cell lung cancer (NSCLC). Transcriptomic profiling and functional studies revealed that CD47 regulates cell adhesion, migration, and metastasis through an ERK–EMT signaling axis.

Indoor positioning in 5G new radio: how it works, status quo of research, and the road ahead

open access: yesICT Express
In this paper, the architecture and mechanism of 5G New Radio indoor positioning schemes such as downlink time difference of arrival (DL-TDOA), uplink (UL) TDOA, multiple-cell round trip time (Multi-RTT), DL angle of departure, UL angle of arrival (AOA),

Orthogonal frequency division multiplexing-based time difference of arrival estimation

open access: yes, 2019
International audienceThis study presents a spectral approach to estimate the time difference of arrival (TDOA) between a reference unit, composed of a pair of very close antennas (small baseline regarding the operating bandwidth), acting as a known ...

Cell‐cycle‐specific lesion evolution rather than inhibition of double‐strand‐break repair underpins cisplatin radiosensitization

open access: yesMolecular Oncology, EarlyView.
We analyze cisplatin–DNA adducts (CDAs) and double‐strand breaks (DSBs) in a cell‐cycle‐dependent manner. We find that CDAs form similarly across all cell cycle phases. DSBs arise only in S‐phase. CDAs might not directly impair DSB repair, but S‐phase DSB lesions evolve in the presence of CDAs and disrupt repair in G2, also causing radiosensitization ...

Adjoint-state differential arrival time tomography

open access: yes
The recently developed adjoint-state traveltime tomography (ATT) method offers an alternative approach to conduct traveltime tomography without the need for ray tracing or waveform modelling.

Application of Time Difference on Arrival Technique to Roadside Slope Monitoring

open access: yes, 2011
In China, many highways were built near high mountains where landslide often happened and threatened the traffic safety. Slope monitoring is key issue that could reduce long-term losses and ensure traffic safety on the highways.
