Topological Time Series Analysis
Time series are ubiquitous in our data rich world, Jose A Perea describes how ideas from dynamical systems and topological data analysis can be combined to gain insights from time-varying data.

Financial Development and Energy Consumption Nexus in Malaysia: A Multivariate Time Series Analysis
Despite a bourgeoning literature on the existence of a long-run relationship between energy consumption and economic growth, the findings have failed to establish clearly the direction of causation.

COMP–PMEPA1 axis promotes epithelial‐to‐mesenchymal transition in breast cancer cells
This study reveals that cartilage oligomeric matrix protein (COMP) promotes epithelial‐to‐mesenchymal transition (EMT) in breast cancer. We identify PMEPA1 (protein TMEPAI) as a novel COMP‐binding partner that mediates EMT via binding to the TSP domains of COMP, establishing the COMP–PMEPA1 axis as a key EMT driver in breast cancer.

Chaotic Time Series Analysis [PDF]
Chaotic dynamical systems are ubiquitous in nature and most of them does not have an explicit dynamical equation and can be only understood through the available time series. We here briefly review the basic concepts of time series and its analytic tools, such as dimension, Lyapunov exponent, Hilbert transform, and attractor reconstruction.

Wavelet Transform Application for/in Non-Stationary Time-Series Analysis: A Review
Non-stationary time series (TS) analysis has gained an explosive interest over the recent decades in different applied sciences. In fact, several decomposition methods were developed in order to extract various components (e.g., seasonal, trend and ...

Pre‐analytical handling critically determines liquid biopsy performance. This study defines practical best‐practice conditions for cell‐free DNA (cfDNA) and extracellular vesicle–derived DNA (evDNA), showing how processing time, storage conditions, tube type, and plasma input volume affect DNA integrity and mutation detection.

Software for Time Series Analysis [PDF]
This paper is devoted to the presentation of (a) a general approach in univariate time series analysis, and (b) the corresponding computer software called ANSECH. The methodology is similar to that of Box and Jenkins(1970) but the class of models is wider. The main algorithms for estimation and forecasting are briefly described.

The Spectral Analysis of Time-Series
Summary (i) A review has been made of spectral analysis and its relation with other branches of time-series analysis. A detailed account has been given of the methods available for estimating the spectral density, the band spectrum and the integrated spectrum; suggestions have also been made for confidence intervals for the latter two ...

Loss of the miR‐214/199a cluster is associated with recurrence in ovarian cancer. Engineered small extracellular vesicles (m214‐sEVs) elevate miR‐214‐3p/miR‐199a‐5p in tumor cells, suppress β‐catenin, TLR4, and YKT6 signaling, reprogram tumor‐derived sEV cargo, reduce chemoresistance and migration, and enhance carboplatin efficacy and survival in ...
