Gongye shui chuli, 2023 液晶面板显影液废水的主要污染成分是四甲基氢氧化铵（TMAH），该有机物具有强碱性和神经毒性。采用升流式厌氧污泥床（UASB）对实际显影液废水进行中试处理，考察了不同处理负荷下的TOC处理效果以及有机氮的转化效率。结果表明，在进水TMAH质量浓度为2 070~8 900 mg/L时，经UASB处理后，出水TMAH质量浓度低于0.5 mg/L，TOC去除率保持在96.4%以上；UASB不仅能有效去除显影液废水中的TMAH，还可大幅降低出水有机物浓度；UASB在高进水TMAH浓度工况下仍能长期稳定运行 ...
