Binding of TNP-specific fLC’s to immobilized TNP-OVA. [PDF]

open access: yes, 2013
TNP-OVA was coated to the surface of 96-well plates. Unbound TNP-OVA was washed away followed by blocking with PBS/1%BSA. TNP-specific Ig-fLC was added and binding of Ig-fLC was detected using anti-mouse kappa light chain Ab conjugated with HRP.

Trends in prevalence and patterns of use of a heated tobacco product (IQOS™) in Japan: A three-year repeated cross-sectional study [version 2; peer review: 1 approved, 2 approved with reservations]

open access: yesF1000Research, 2022
Background: Numerous smoke-free tobacco or nicotine-containing product (TNP) alternatives have been introduced to support individual- and population-level harm reduction relative to continued cigarette smoking.

TNP‐470 Is an Effective Antimicrosporidial Agent [PDF]

open access: yesThe Journal of Infectious Diseases, 1998
Therapy for microsporidia, which cause diarrhea and a wasting syndrome in persons with AIDS, has had limited success. Fumagillin, a naturally secreted water-insoluble antibiotic, has in vitro activity against microsporidia and has been used successfully in the treatment of superficial keratitis in patients with AIDS, but systemic therapy has been ...

Shedding Light on the Drug–Target Prediction of the Anti-Inflammatory Peptide TnP with Bioinformatics Tools [PDF]

open access: yes, 2022
Peptide–protein interactions are involved in various fundamental cellular functions, and their identification is crucial for designing efficacious peptide therapeutics. Drug–target interactions can be inferred by in silico prediction using bioinformatics

Fluorescent macromolecular chemosensors for highly and selectively detecting of 2, 4, 6-trinitrophenol

open access: yesMaterials Research Express, 2020
Among nitroaromatic compounds with similar structures, 2,4,6-trinitrophenol (TNP) exhibits strong biological toxicity and explosion hazard. Therefore, detection of TNP is of great importance.

Real-time analysis of TNP-specific Ig-fLC binding to TNP-BSA coated SPR chips. [PDF]

open access: yes, 2013
Increasing concentrations of Ig-fLC (300 ng, 900 ng, 1.8 µg, 2.7 µg and 3.6 µg per CM5 sensor chip) resulted in increased binding curves (A). Administration of TNP-IgE (3.6 µg) resulted in significant binding to the TNP-coated surface and saturation ...

Prevalence and patterns of tobacco and/or nicotine product use in Japan (2017) after the launch of a heated tobacco product (IQOS®): a cross-sectional study [version 2; peer review: 2 approved]

open access: yesF1000Research, 2022
Background: Several smoke-free tobacco and/or nicotine-containing products (TNP) have emerged in recent years to support tobacco harm reduction strategies and reduce individual health risks and population harm relative to continued cigarette smoking ...

Assessment of T-dependent and T-independent immune responses in cattle using a B cell ELISPOT assay

open access: yesVeterinary Research, 2012
Understanding the mechanisms that maintain protective antibody levels after immunisation is important for vaccine design. In this study, we have determined the kinetics of plasma and memory B cells detectable in the blood of cattle immunised with model T-
