A Multi‐Objective Molecular Generation Method Based on Pareto Algorithm and Monte Carlo Tree Search
Pareto Monte Carlo Tree Search Molecular Generation (PMMG), a molecular generation approach leveraging Monte Carlo Tree Search (MCTS) and Pareto algorithm, efficiently explores the Pareto front in high‐dimensional objective spaces for multi‐objective drug design.

Topological amplitude computations using the pure spinor formalism
After constructing a simplified four-dimensional version of the b ghost, topological multiloop amplitudes in type II superstring theory compactified on a six-dimensional orbifold are computed using the non-minimal pure spinor formalism. These pure spinor

The study identifies a positive feed‐forward loop that intertwines DNA methylation regulator UHRF1 with Homeobox genes‐NKX2‐5/LHX1 via UMRs as a critical driver of ESCC. Pharmacological inhibition of UHRF1 and DNMT activity inhibits ESCC growth, which may represent a promising therapeutic approach to treat ESCC patients dependent on NKX2‐5/LHX1/UHRF1 ...

Random Generation Topology Coding Technique in Asymmetric Topology Encryption
The security of traditional public key cryptography algorithms depends on the difficulty of the underlying mathematical problems. Asymmetric topological encryption is a graph-dependent encryption algorithm produced to resist attacks by quantum computers ...

Defects in the 3-dimensional toric code model form a braided fusion 2-category
It was well known that there are e-particles and m-strings in the 3-dimensional (spatial dimension) toric code model, which realizes the 3-dimensional ℤ2 topological order.

Quantum periods and TBA-like equations for a class of Calabi-Yau geometries
We continue the study of a novel relation between quantum periods and TBA(Thermodynamic Bethe Ansatz)-like difference equations, generalize previous works to a large class of Calabi-Yau geometries described by three-term quantum operators.

Generalized string topology operations [PDF]
We show that the Chas-Sullivan loop product, a combination of the Pontrjagin product on the fiber and intersection product on the base, makes sense on the total space homology of any fiberwise monoid E over a closed oriented manifold M. More generally the Thom spectrum E^{-TM} is a ring spectrum.

In cosmological scenarios based on grand unification, string theory or braneworlds, many kinds of topological or non-topological defects, including monopoles and cosmic strings, are predicted to be formed in the early universe.

We introduce a two-dimensional sigma model associated with a Jacobi manifold. The model is a generalisation of a Poisson sigma model providing a topological open string theory.
