IL‐4 induces cAMP and cGMP in human monocytic cells
Human monocytes, preincubated with IFN‐γ respond to IL‐4 by a cGMP increase through activation of an inducible NO synthase. Here, IL‐4 was found to induce an accumulation of cGMP (1 – 3 min) and cAMP (20 – 25 min) in unstimulated monocytes. This was impaired with NOS inhibitors, but also with EGTA and calcium/calmodulin inhibitors.

Precise measurements of optical Feshbach resonances of $^{174}$Yb atoms
We present precise measurements of the optical Feshbach resonances (OFRs) of $^{174}$Yb atoms for the intercombination transition. We measure the photoassociation (PA) spectra of a pure $^{174}$Yb Bose-Einstein condensate, and determine the dependence of

Observation-based modeling of ozone chemistry in the Seoul metropolitan area during the Korea-United States Air Quality Study (KORUS-AQ) [PDF]
The Seoul Metropolitan Area (SMA) has a population of 24 million and frequently experiences unhealthy levels of ozone (O3). In this work, measurements taken during the Korea-United States Air Quality Study (KORUS-AQ, 2016) are used to explore regional ...

Global Observations of Acetyl Peroxynitrate (PAN) in the Remote Troposphere
Abstract We present global airborne observations of acetyl peroxynitrate (CH3C(O)OONO2, PAN) in the remote troposphere from the Atmospheric Tomography (ATom) campaign. These observations show that biomass burning is the dominant source of PAN in the Southern Hemisphere (SH).

Commutant Lifting for Commuting Row Contractions
If $T= \big[ T_1 ... T_n\big]$ is a row contraction with commuting entries, and the Arveson dilation is $\tilde T= \big[ \tilde T_1 ... \tilde T_n\big]$, then any operator $X$ commuting with each $T_i$ dilates to an operator $Z$ of the same norm which ...
