Engineered surface strategies to manage dental implant‐related infections
Abstract When exposed to the oral environment, dental implants, like natural surfaces, become substrates for microbial adhesion and accumulation, often leading to implant‐related infections—one of the main causes of implant failure. These failures impose significant costs on patients, clinicians, and healthcare systems.

Adjusting fracture probability by trabecular bone score
The aim of the present study was to determine the impact of trabecular bone score on the probability of fracture above that provided by the clinical risk factors utilized in FRAX. We performed a retrospective cohort study of 33,352 women aged 40–99 years

Trabecular bone score—An emerging tool in the management of osteoporosis
Areal bone mineral density (aBMD) is currently the gold standard for the diagnosis of osteoporosis, however, it has its own pitfalls. Trabecular bone score (TBS), a novel tool in the evaluation of osteoporosis is an indirect indicator of bone ...

Understanding exosomes in regenerative dentistry
Abstract Background Regenerative dentistry is shifting from cell‐based strategies to cell‐free biologics capable of orchestrating intricate tissue repair. Exosomes, nanosized extracellular vesicles carrying bioactive molecular payloads, have emerged as central modulators of intercellular communication.

An MRI‐based classification system integrating fibrosis extent (F1–F3) and inflammatory bone marrow edema activity (E0–E3) was developed for osteonecrosis of the femoral head (ONFH). Increasing fibrosis and edema severity were associated with higher collapse risk, worse pain, and poorer hip function.

Trabecular bone score in kidney transplant recipients.
UNLABELLED: It is uncertain whether bone mineral density (BMD) can accurately predict fracture in kidney transplant recipients. Trabecular bone score (TBS) provides information independent of BMD. Kidney transplant recipients had abnormal bone texture as
