ERα splice variant ERα∆7 lacks the C‐terminus, and its expression may change phenotypes of breast cancers. Our results showed that ERα∆7 is found in the luminal A subtype, and elevated ERα∆7 levels are linked to improved cell survival with lower proliferation and migration.

Optimal Trajectory Tracking Control for Automated Guided Vehicles
This work presents a control strategy for the trajectory tracking problem of an Automated Guided Vehicle (AGV). In contrast to the current methods, this design strategy remains invariant and flexible to arbitrary number of wheels. A three-stage cascade control strategy is proposed in which the control design for the vehicle chassis is separated from ...

ABSTRACT As global populations age, cancer is increasingly becoming a leading cause of morbidity and mortality among older adults, particularly in low‐ and middle‐income countries (LMICs). Despite accounting for the majority of new cancer cases and deaths, older individuals remain underrepresented in cancer research, clinical guidelines, and health ...

The McCance Brain Care Score and Mortality: Evidence From a Large‐Scale Population‐Based Cohort
ABSTRACT Objectives This study aimed to examine the relationship between the McCance Brain Care Score (BCS) and mortality in the general population. Methods We conducted a prospective, population‐based cohort study using data from the UK Biobank. Participants with complete data enabling calculation of BCS and full mortality information were included ...

Clustering Algorithm Reveals Dopamine‐Motor Mismatch in Cognitively Preserved Parkinson's Disease
ABSTRACT Objective To explore the relationship between dopaminergic denervation and motor impairment in two de novo Parkinson's disease (PD) cohorts. Methods n = 249 PD patients from Parkinson's Progression Markers Initiative (PPMI) and n = 84 from an external clinical cohort.

Time-varying dynamic modeling and trajectory tracking control for variable-load unmanned aerial vehicle [PDF]
The dynamic variation issues of variable-load unmanned aerial vehicle (UAV) used in agricultural plant protection activities was addressed by a disturbance-resistant control system based on PD (proportional-derivative) sliding mode control. First, a time-

Comparison of trajectory tracking controllers for autonomous vehicles
Controlling autonomous vehicles typically has two main components: planning a trajectory and tracking this trajectory using feedback controllers. To benefit from the recent progress in planning algorithms, it is key that the underlying tracking controller is able to follow the planned trajectory as desired.
