Oligohistidine‐Functionalized Single‐Walled Carbon Nanotube‐Guided RNA Delivery to Improve Shoot Regeneration Efficiency in Plant Calli

open access: yesAdvanced Functional Materials, EarlyView.
The pH‐sensitive His6‐SWNTs, which is functionalized with oligohistidine, can deliver STTM396 molecules into callus cells. The STTM396–SWNT complex treatments enhance shoot regeneration efficiency by regulating the miR396‐GRF module in Arabidopsis and tomato calli.

Multi-omics analysis provides insights into the mechanism underlying fruit color formation in Capsicum

open access: yesFrontiers in Plant Science
Fruit color is a crucial attribute of fruit quality in peppers (Capsicum spp.). However, few studies have focused on the mechanism of color formation in immature pepper fruits.

Enhanced Sonodynamic Bacterial Elimination and Wound Healing Therapy Based on Lanthanide Ion Doped Bi2WO6 Nanosheets and Hydrogel Platform

open access: yesAdvanced Functional Materials, EarlyView.
Lanthanide ytterbium ions are introduced into Bi2WO6 nanosheets to boost ROS generation under US stimulation. These ytterbium‐doped Bi2WO6 nanosheets serve as efficient sonosensitizers, enabling broad‐spectrum bacterial eradication. To improve biocompatibility for in vivo sonodynamic therapy, the sonosensitizers are integrated into hydrogel matrix ...

Revealing the metabolic potential and environmental adaptation of nematophagous fungus, Purpureocillium lilacinum, derived from hadal sediment

open access: yesFrontiers in Microbiology
The extreme environment shapes fungi in deep-sea sediments with novel metabolic capabilities. The ubiquity of fungi in deep-sea habitats supports their significant roles in these ecosystems.
