Hypertrophic scar formation is driven by excessive mitochondrial fission in wound macrophages, which we discover is governed by a novel AURKB‐DRP1(Ser616) axis. The study develops a targeted therapy using cRGD‐decorated extracellular vesicles to deliver the natural compound Asiaticoside specifically to macrophages.

This study identifies TOPK as a dual‐function target in gastric cancer: it drives tumor cell proliferation and migration, and under IFN‐γ stimulation, phosphorylates eIF4F complex component eIF4A1 to enhance STAT1 mRNA translation, thereby promoting PD‐L1/IDO1‐mediated tumor immunometabolic evasion.

SeZM NPs selectively target M2b macrophages through mannose–MRC1 (CD206) recognition, enhance GPX1 biosynthesis, and suppress mitochondrial ROS generation, oxidative stress, and JAK–STAT signaling. This dual regulation reduces pro‐inflammatory cytokine release, limits immune cell infiltration and fibrosis, and preserves renal function, providing a ...

Cutting-edge advances in transethosomes and nanoethosomes for transdermal drug delivery
Transdermal drug delivery has long faced challenges such as poor skin permeation and low bioavailability of therapeutics. Conventional systems often fail to overcome the skin’s barrier properties, necessitating advanced vesicular carriers.
