Methods to improve antibody–drug conjugate (ADC) treatment durability in cancer therapy are needed. Dammarenediol II enhances etoposide‐induced apoptosis by targeting O‐GlcNAc transferase and Akt/GSK3β/mTOR signaling in liver cancer
