Rapid Fault-Tolerant MPC Strategy for Six-Phase PMSMs: Optimizing Torque Stability, Current Constraint Management During Phase Transition

open access: yesIEEE Access
Six-phase permanent magnet synchronous machines (PMSMs) provide improved fault tolerance and reliability, making them well-suited for critical applications like aerospace and hybrid electric vehicle systems.

Transient Electrical Response of K0.30MoO3

open access: yes, 1983
The blue bronze, K0.30MoO3, has been shown to have a charge-density wave (CDW) and a nonlinear dc response similar to that of NbSe3. We find K0.30MoO3 also shows a transient response which is qualitatively identical with that of NbSe3.

Patient therapy outcome modeling in cancer organoids is improved by cancer‐associated fibroblasts and organoid assembly convolution

open access: yesMolecular Oncology, EarlyView.
Patient‐derived organoids (PDOs) from pancreatic, colorectal, and gastric cancers were used to evaluate standard and experimental therapies. Incorporating cancer‐associated fibroblasts (CAFs) into organoid cultures improved patient therapy outcome prediction.

Application of fuzzy controllers in the autopilot of an unmanned aerial vehicle

open access: yesСистемный анализ и прикладная информатика
The article is devoted to the study of the features of the application of regulators built on the use of theoretical provisions of fuzzy logic, when creating autopilots of unmanned aerial vehicles (UAVs).

Loss of proton‐sensing TDAG8 increases tumor progression in mouse models of colon cancer

open access: yesMolecular Oncology, EarlyView.
Loss of the pH‐sensing receptor TDAG8 accelerates colorectal cancer progression in mice. Animals lacking TDAG8 expression had increased tumor growth, DNA damage, and recruitment of tumor‐associated immune cells, including macrophages, neutrophils, and monocytes.

Spontaneous transition to superrotation in warm climates simulated by CAM3

open access: yes, 2010
Recent paleoclimate proxy reconstructions show that tropical surface temperatures may have been as high as 35°–40°C in the Early Cenozoic. Here, we study the tropical atmospheric circulation\u27s response to temperatures in this range using a full ...

Epigenetic heterogeneity and plasticity in therapy‐induced tumor states through single‐cell multi‐omics

open access: yesMolecular Oncology, EarlyView.
Single‐cell multi‐omics reveals epigenetic heterogeneity across therapy‐adaptive tumor states, including quiescent/dormant, drug‐tolerant persister, and EMT‐like phenotypes. By linking regulatory features with state‐associated biomarkers, these approaches inform biomarker‐guided therapeutic strategies for evolving tumors.
