The LINC01116 long noncoding RNA is induced by hypoxia and associated with poor prognosis and high recurrence rates in two cohorts of lung adenocarcinoma patients. Here, we demonstrate that besides its expression in cancer cells, LINC01116 is markedly expressed in lymphatic endothelial cells of the tumor stroma in which it participates in hypoxia ...

TOI-2015 b: A Warm Neptune with Transit Timing Variations Orbiting an Active Mid-type M Dwarf
We report the discovery of a close-in ( P _orb = 3.349 days) warm Neptune with clear transit timing variations (TTVs) orbiting the nearby ( d = 47.3 pc) active M4 star, TOI-2015.

ATF4‐mediated stress response as a therapeutic vulnerability in chordoma
We screened 5 chordoma cell lines against 100+ inhibitors of epigenetic and metabolic pathways and kinases and identified halofuginone, a tRNA synthetase inhibitor. Mechanistically halofuginone induces an integrated stress response, with eIF2alpha phosphorylation, activation of ATF4 and its target genes CHOP, ASNS, INHBE leading to cell death ...

Kepler-1624b Has No Significant Transit Timing Variations
It is relatively rare for gas giant planets to have resonant or near-resonant companions, but these systems are particularly useful for constraining planet formation and migration models. In this study, we examine Kepler-1624b, a sub-Saturn orbiting an M

Modeling the Solar System. I. Characterization Limits from Analytic Timing Variations
Planetary systems with multiple transiting planets are beneficial for understanding planet occurrence rates and system architectures. Although we have yet to find a solar system (SS) analog, future surveys may detect multiple terrestrial planets ...

Cell surface interactome analysis identifies TSPAN4 as a negative regulator of PD‐L1 in melanoma
Using cell surface proximity biotinylation, we identified tetraspanin TSPAN4 within the PD‐L1 interactome of melanoma cells. TSPAN4 negatively regulates PD‐L1 expression and lateral mobility by limiting its interaction with CMTM6 and promoting PD‐L1 degradation.

APPLICATION OF TRANSIT TIMING VARIATION METHOD (TTV) TO EXOPLANET SYSTEM TrES-3
On the basis of the original photometricdata, the light curves of several transits in the exoplanet system TrES-3 were simulated by Monte Carlo method.Using these curves, the estimates of precise values of mid-transit time were calculated to assess the possibility offinding new planets by timing method in already known exoplanet systems using ground ...
