Liquefaction Response and Reinforcement Effect of Saturated Soil Treated by Dynamic Compaction Based on Hydro-Mechanically Coupled Explicit Analysis

open access: yesBuildings
In order to accurately analyze the liquefaction and the reinforcement effect of saturated silty and sandy soils treated by dynamic compaction, a hydro-mechanically coupled explicit analysis method was proposed.

Degradation of Blue MR‐TADF OLEDs: Host‐dependent Effects of mCBP and MADN Revealed by Fragmentation Profiling

open access: yesAdvanced Optical Materials, EarlyView.
Degradation in blue MR‐TADF OLEDs originates from high triplet density caused by slow RISC. LDI‐TOF MS directly detects host‐ and emitter‐derived fragments, providing molecular insight into how triplet accumulation drives degradation in the emissive layer. ABSTRACT Blue organic light‐emitting diodes (OLEDs) employing multi‐resonance thermally activated

A Review of the Travel Behavior Analysis: Its Basis and Application for Developing Cities [PDF]

open access: yes, 2008
Travel, most often viewed in theory as derived from the demand for activity participation, has almost always been modeled on the trip-based basis, i.e., the trip is treated as the unit of analysis.

Chameleonic Color‐Variable Microbead Emitters for Multilevel Spectroscopic Encryption from Visible to Infrared Wavelengths

open access: yesAdvanced Optical Materials, EarlyView.
Whispering‐gallery‐mode microresonators with sharp resonant peaks enable photonic barcoding. Similar to a chameleon, a rare‐earth‐free microcavity with π‐conjugated PAHs enables visibleto‐near infrared color generation from a single microbead. The unique resonat emission (spectral barcode) can be dynamically transformed via excitation wavelength change,

Research on the cross-campus unsafe cycling behavior of university students based on cycling habits and risk perception

open access: yesFrontiers in Public Health
Cross-campus cycling among university students is increasingly common, yet unsafe cycling behaviors pose significant safety risks. Existing studies have rarely examined the combined roles of cycling habits and risk perception within a unified theoretical

Multilevel Optical Programming of Intrinsic Vacancies in Solution‐Processed MoS2 Films for Retinomorphic Color Differentiation

open access: yesAdvanced Optical Materials, EarlyView.
Solution‐processed MoS2 films with intrinsic sulfur‐vacancy traps are used to integrate light sensing and memory in a simple two‐terminal pixel. Successive optical pulses program persistent, multilevel conductance states, while oxygen exposure enables rapid erasure.

Flexible and High‐Performance Perovskite‐Polymer Composites for Dual X‐Ray and Proton Direct Detection

open access: yesAdvanced Optical Materials, EarlyView.
A polymer–perovskite composite obtained by mechanochemical synthesis enables thick, tunable active layers for efficient absorption of highly penetrating ionizing radiation. Vertical‐electrode detectors achieve low X‐ray detection limits and high sensitivity direct 5 MeV proton sensing.

Driving Characteristics and Speed Behaviour Parameters of Direct Traffic at Intersections Based on Field Driving Tests

open access: yesPromet (Zagreb)
To reveal the speed control behaviour and manoeuvring characteristics of direct vehicles that stop-go through signalised intersections, a large-scale field driving test was carried out in Chongqing to collect vehicle data under natural driving conditions.

Implementation and Development of Vehicle Tracking and Immobilization Technologies [PDF]

open access: yes, 2010
Since the mid-1980s, limited use has been made of vehicle tracking using satellite communications to mitigate the security and safety risks created by the highway transportation of certain types of hazardous materials.

Metal‐Metal‐π Interaction: A Pathway to Construct Organic–Inorganic Excited‐State and Supramolecular Assembly

open access: yesAdvanced Optical Materials, EarlyView.
An organic–inorganic mixed excited state is designed and demonstrated by combining the metal–metal and π–π interactions within a supramolecular Pt2–pyrene assembly. Directional orbital overlap between the Pt and carbon atoms gives rise to a long‐lived triplet emission, strong emission polarization, exciton–exciton annihilation, and efficient exciton ...
