20th Anniversary of human‐induced pluripotent stem cells and the role of microscopy
Abstract It has been 20 years since the pioneering work of Shinya Yamanaka and Kazutoshi Takahashi at Kyoto University led to the first successful generation of induced pluripotent stem cells (iPSCs) from mouse embryonic and adult fibroblast cells. iPSCs have the capacity to differentiate into any type of cell in the human body, and as such, they have ...

Lower density of calretinin‐immunopositive neurons in the putamen of subjects with schizophrenia
Recent neuroimaging and histological studies highlight the striatum as a key area involved in SCH, but the specific impairment of neuronal subtypes in subcortical structures is not fully understood. Augmentation of olanzapine in treatment-resistant schizophrenia

Occlusal Dysesthesia: Identifying Knowledge Gaps to Advance Clinical Care
This scoping review highlights major knowledge gaps in the understanding of occlusal dysesthesia, including limited evidence on sensory, psychological and neurobiological mechanisms. Current theories remain largely unverified, underscoring the need for integrated biopsychosocial research to improve diagnosis and patient care.
