A fully synthetic four‐component vaccine has been developed combining Tn antigen, vizantin (Mincle agonist), rhamnose (antibody recruitment), and mannose (CD206 targeting). By synergistically activating Mincle, FcγR, and CD206 pathways, it elicits strong IgG switching and cytotoxic T‐cells, significantly inhibiting tumors in mice.

Aim To develop and validate a physiologically‐based pharmacokinetic (PBPK) model enabling inhaled oxytocin dose selection for clinical evaluation. Subsequently, to conduct a phase 1 study investigating the pharmacokinetics and safety of selected doses of an optimized inhaled oxytocin product in healthy, non‐pregnant female participants.

Against All Odds: Trehalose-6-Phosphate Synthase and Trehalase Genes in the Bdelloid Rotifer Adineta vaga Were Acquired by Horizontal Gene Transfer and Are Upregulated during Desiccation. [PDF]
The disaccharide sugar trehalose is essential for desiccation resistance in most metazoans that survive dryness; however, neither trehalose nor the enzymes involved in its metabolism have ever been detected in bdelloid rotifers despite their extreme ...
