Signaling Pathway–Biomarker Coupling for Precision Therapy in Rheumatoid Arthritis: Mechanistic Insights, Translational Bottlenecks, and Emerging Strategies

open access: yesACR Open Rheumatology, Volume 8, Issue 8, August 2026.
Rheumatoid arthritis (RA) is a heterogeneous autoimmune disease. Despite advances in targeted therapies, significant interindividual variability in treatment response and a lack of precise predictive tools limit the achievement of treat‐to‐target goals.

G‐Quadruplexes: Structural Diversity and Emerging Roles in Biomolecular Condensation

open access: yesAdvanced Science, Volume 13, Issue 45, 13 August 2026.
G‐quadruplexes (G4s) fold into diverse intra‐ and intermolecular structures, positioning them as emerging regulators of biomolecular condensation. Mechanistically, G4s autonomously form condensates, act as structural platforms to initiate and stimulate condensation, or induce phase transitions.

Hypothalamic Control of Liver Health and Disease: From Circuits to Pathophysiology and Therapies

open access: yesAdvanced Science, Volume 13, Issue 47, 24 August 2026.
This review delineates the hypothalamic circuits that control liver homeostasis via autonomic and neuroendocrine pathways. Dysregulation of this hypothalamus–liver axis drives disease progression across a spectrum including steatotic liver disease, liver inflammation and injury, fibrosis, cirrhosis, and hepatocellular carcinoma.

ParamNet: A Physics‐Guided Deep Learning Framework for Intelligent Self‐Inversion of Vacuum Optical Levitation Systems

open access: yesAdvanced Intelligent Systems, Volume 8, Issue 8, August 2026.
A physics‐guided deep learning framework, ParamNet, is introduced for the intelligent self‐inversion of vacuum optical tweezers. By fuzing dual‐branch time–frequency features with physical dynamical constraints, it achieves high‐accuracy calibration of trap parameters from short‐window, low‐frequency trajectories, outperforming traditional methods ...
