Integrierte chemo‐enzymatische Synthese des mRNA‐Impfstoff‐Bausteins N1‐Methylpseudouridintriphosphat

Pseudouridin‐5'‐triphosphat (ΨTP) und sein N1‐methyliertes Derivat (m1ΨTP) sind entscheidende Komponenten in der mRNA‐Impfstofftechnologie. Hier wird ein atomökonomischer, ertragreicher biokatalytischer Weg zur Synthese von ΨTP vorgestellt. Zudem wurde ein neuer chemo‐enzymatischer Weg für die m1ΨTP‐Synthese entwickelt.

Design of Aminophosphine Precursor for Robust Synthesis of InP Quantum Dots with Near‐unity Quantum Yield

Alkylsiylamine‐based aminophosphine precursor was newly introduced to synthesize InP quantum dots (QDs). This new aminophosphine showed a faster reaction process compared to the conventional aminophosphine, resulting in the near‐unity quantum yield (QY) and a full‐width at half‐maximum of 48 nm without additional purification.
