The Ile181Asn variant of human UDP‐xylose synthase (hUXS1), associated with a short‐stature genetic syndrome, has previously been reported as inactive. Our findings demonstrate that Ile181Asn‐hUXS1 retains catalytic activity similar to the wild‐type but exhibits reduced stability, a looser oligomeric state, and an increased tendency to precipitate ...

Block-avoiding point sequencings of directed triple systems [PDF]
A directed triple system of order $v$ (or, DTS$(v)$) is decomposition of the complete directed graph $\vec{K_v}$ into transitive triples. A $v$-good sequencing of a DTS$(v)$ is a permutation of the points of the design, say $[x_1 \; \cdots \; x_v]$, such that, for every triple $(x,y,z)$ in the design, it is not the case that $x = x_i$, $y = x_j$ and $z

Some new triple sequence spaces over n-normed space
Triple sequence spaces were introduced by Sahiner et al. The main objective of this paper is to define some new classes of triple sequences over n-normed space by means of Museiak-Orlicz function and difference operators. We also study some algebraic and

The ubiquitin ligase RNF115 is required for the clearance of damaged lysosomes
Upon lysosomal rupture, an E3 ubiquitin ligase RNF115 translocates from the cytosol to the damaged lysosomal membrane. Moreover, RNF115 depletion impairs the clearance of damaged lysosomes, identifying it as a key regulator of lysosomal quality control.

Study of Statistical Convergence of Triple Sequences in a Topological Space
In this paper, we introduce statistical convergence of triple sequences which are defined in a topological space. Various results on statistically convergent triple sequences are produced by using the notion of triple natural density operator.

Some triple difference rough Cesàro and lacunary statistical sequence spaces
We generalized the concepts in probability of rough Cesàro and lacunary statistical by introducing the difference operator $\Delta_{\gamma}^{\alpha}$ of fractional order, where $\alpha$ is a proper fraction and $\gamma = (\gamma_{mnk})$ is any fixed ...

Embryo‐like structures (stembryos) are an innovative tool, but they are hindered by experimental variability and limited developmental potential. DNA methylation is crucial for mammalian development, but its status in stembryo models is poorly characterized.

pH‐mediated activation of the lysosomal arginine sensor SLC38A9
Cells monitor nutrient levels via the lysosomal transporter SLC38A9 to activate the mechanistic target of rapamycin complex 1 (mTORC1). This study reveals that SLC38A9 function is regulated by pH. We identified histidine 544 as a critical pH sensor that undergoes conformational changes to control amino acid efflux from lysosomes; therefore, it ...

In vaccinology, a potent immunogen has two prerequisite attributes—antigenicity and immunogenicity. We have rational designed a triple-type HPV vaccine against HPV58, −33 and −52 covered in Gardasil 9 based on the sequence homology and similar surface ...

Regular matrix transformation on triple sequence spaces - I
The main aim of this paper is to introduce the necessary and sufficient condition for a particular type of transformation of the form A: (a......) be regular from a triple sequence space to another triple sequence space.
