Degradation mechanism of the von Willebrand factor A2 domain by nattokinase
Nattokinase, a natto‐derived protease, exhibits potent antithrombotic effects. This study demonstrates that nattokinase directly cleaves the von Willebrand factor (vWF) A2 domain in vitro. Unlike the native regulator ADAMTS13, nattokinase degrades folded vWF independently of shear stress.

A Note on Multiplicative Triple Fibonacci Sequences [PDF]
In this paper, multiplicative triple Fibonacci sequences have been discussed. Here the results obtained by Singh et.al [3] have been extended. Some new theorems have been established.

Some I-convergent triple sequence spaces defined by a sequence of modulus function
In this article we introduce the notion of I-convergent triple sequence spaces cOI3(F), cI3(F), l00I3(F), mI3(F) and mOI3(F) defined by a sequence of modulii F = (fpqr) and study some of their algebraic and topological properties like solidity ...

Modulation of Homer1 EVH1 domain internal dynamics by putative autism‐associated mutations
The putative autism‐associated M65I and S97L variants of the EVH1 domain of the postsynaptic scaffold protein Homer1 do not exhibit substantial changes in their overall structure or partner binding. Both of them, but especially the M65I variant, show altered internal dynamics relative to the wild‐type domain on the μs‐ms timescale, indicated by the ...

An unexpected alternative interaction site for ethyl viologen was identified in formate dehydrogenase 1 from Methylorubrum extorquens. Combined mutagenesis, kinetic analysis, and docking revealed that aromatic residues near an iron–sulfur cluster enable flavin mononucleotide‐independent electron transfer, offering a framework for engineering improved ...

Phosphoinositides and inositol phosphates as molecular glues
Inositol phosphates (IPs) and phosphoinositides (PIPs) regulate diverse eukaryotic processes. Beyond recruiting signaling proteins or acting as structural cofactors, recent studies suggest they mediate protein–protein interactions as natural molecular glues.

Sequence specific nonenzymatic ligation of single- and double-stranded DNA by triple helix formation [PDF]
Phosphodiesters link the units of chemical information within nucleic acids. The formation of a phosphodiester linkage by condensation of phosphate and hydroxyl termini of DNA requires activation of the phosphate toward nucleophilic displacement and ...

Inositol pyrophosphates are energy‐rich signaling molecules that perform critical functions in cells. Three different families of phosphatases hydrolyze the β phosphate of the inositol pyrophosphate molecules: two have narrow specificities and one is promiscuous.
