Endometriosis‐derived exosomes encapsulated miR‐196a‐5p mediate macrophage polarization through regulation of the Hippo pathway

Encapsulation of miR‐196a‐5p mimic in serum‐derived exosomes from patients with endometriosis by electrotransfection: exosomes encapsulated with miR‐196a‐5p are phagocytosed by macrophages and release miR‐196a‐5p; miR‐196a‐5p activates the Hippo pathway and promotes macrophage M1‐type polarization, thereby inhibiting 12Z cell metastasis.
