Discovery of Novel Chromone Derivatives as Potential Anti-TSWV Agents

Journal of Agricultural and Food Chemistry, 2021
A series of novel chromone derivatives containing dithioacetals were prepared, and their antiviral activity against tomato spotted wilt virus (TSWV) was studied. The results showed that compounds A1-A31 had good inhibitory activity against TSWV. The 3D-QSAR model was built to analyze the structure-activity relationship of the compounds.

TRANSGENIC PLANTS EXPRESSING A SINGLE-CHAIN FV ANTIBODY TO TOMATO SPOTTED WILT VIRUS (TSWV) ARE RESISTANT TO TSWV SYSTEMIC INFECTION

Acta Horticulturae, 2006
Hybridoma cell lines secreting monoclonal antibodies to TSWV were characterized, and one cell line was selected for cloning of the antibody genes. Universal degenerate oligonucleotides were designed to prime PCR amplification of the variable regions of the heavy and light chains of a monoclonal antibody.

Tomato spotted wilt virus (TSWV) infection of Physcomitrella patens gametophores

Plant Cell, Tissue and Organ Culture, 2003
Following mechanical inoculation of the moss Physcomitrella patens (Hedw.) B.S.G. with Tomato spotted wilt virus (TSWV), the virus encoded N nucleocapsid protein was detected in gametophores harvested 11 and 29 dpi and the non-structural NSm movement protein was observed 29 dpi. The detection of both viral proteins presumes that P.

Stephanotis floribunda infetta da TSWV in Liguria.

2009

2017
