A pathogen‐centric antibody‐antibiotic conjugate (AZO‐AAC) releases antibiotics via bacterial azoreductase, independent of host‐lysosomal function. This mechanism achieves nanomolar eradication of both planktonic and intracellular methicillin‐resistant Staphylococcus aureus (MRSA).

ABSTRACT Colorectal cancer (CRC) remains therapeutically challenging due to high metastasis, recurrence, and immunotherapy resistance driven by tumor microenvironment‐mediated immune evasion. Immunogenic cell death (ICD) offers a promising strategy to reshape the immune microenvironment, yet existing ICD inducers suffer from poor targeting efficiency ...

A Catalytic Osmium Redox Couple Collapses Cancer Redox Balance
A stable Os(III)/Os(IV) redox couple is developed to disrupt the tumor cell redox balance by concurrently catalyzing ROS generation and GSH depletion. Osmium‐treated cells exhibit multiple cell death pathways, including apoptosis, ferroptosis, and immunogenic cell death.

Tumor-Infiltrating Lymphocyte Therapy: A New Frontier
In recent years, the successful use of tumor-infiltrating lymphocyte (TIL) therapy to treat melanoma not only culminated in a landmark Food and Drug Administration approval, but has also fueled the emergence of a new, rapidly growing field in TIL cellular immunotherapy surrounding novel enhancements in TIL design, refined manufacturing strategies to ...

ABSTRACT Class Switch Recombination (CSR) is essential for generating high‐affinity antibody isotypes from IgM during adaptive humoral responses. Despite well‐established roles for various transcription factors, whether CSR is subject to dedicated post‐transcriptional control represents a significant gap in knowledge.
