REGγ Suppresses Ferroptosis and Induces Drug Resistance by Degrading WDR6 in Chondrosarcoma
Here, we identified REGγ as a susceptibility factor in chondrosarcoma. Our study demonstrates that abnormally activated REGγ‐20S proteasome promotes chondrosarcoma development and progression. HCC patients with low preoperative TIBC levels experienced significantly more frequent post‐hepatectomy complications. Furthermore, these patients were significantly correlated with worse survival. Preoperative serum TIBC levels may be a novel surrogate marker of postoperative complications and long‐term survival after hepatectomy.
