Extracellular vesicle (EV)‐packaged CDC37 are released from TMBhiCTLlo breast cancer cells with high CDC37 expression, and internalized into endo/phagosomes of dendritic cells (DCs). Within these compartments, CDC37 locked HSP90–antigen complex, preventing antigen release into the cytosol.

METTL10‐Mediated PIAS3 Methylation Links Purine Metabolism to Gastric Cancer Progression
METTL10‐mediated methylation of PIAS3 at K442 inhibits its SUMO E3 ligase activity toward MITF. This reduces MITF SUMOylation and subsequent RNF4‐mediated ubiquitination, leading to MITF protein accumulation and gastric cancer progression. Abstract Metabolic dysregulation plays a significant role in the development of gastric cancer (GC).

Functional characterization of Cullin-1-RING ubiquitin ligase (CRL1) complex in Leishmania infantum.
Cullin-1-RING ubiquitin ligases (CRL1) or SCF1 (SKP1-CUL1-RBX1) E3 ubiquitin ligases are the largest and most extensively investigated class of E3 ligases in mammals that regulate fundamental processes, such as the cell cycle and proliferation.

The SNARE protein YKT6 is upregulated in bladder cancer (BLCA), correlating with poor prognosis. YKT6 promotes tumor proliferation and metastasis by activating Wnt/β‐catenin signaling. It recruits Ubiquitin‐Specific Peptidase 7 (USP7) to deubiquitinate and stabilize β‐catenin, enhancing its nuclear accumulation and driving oncogenic gene expression ...
