Three-Dimensional Time and One-Dimensional Space: A Basic Reformulation of Physical Reality
This paper proposes a radical reformulation of spacetime structure, positing that reality consists basically of one spatial dimension and three temporal dimensions, with our perceived three-dimensional space evolving as a projection from this underlying ...

Pancreatic sensory neurons innervating healthy and PDAC tissue were retrogradely labeled and profiled by single‐cell RNA sequencing. Tumor‐associated innervation showed a dominant neurofilament‐positive subtype, altered mitochondrial gene signatures, and reduced non‐peptidergic neurons.

On the Invariant and Geometric Structure of the Holomorphic Unified Field Theory
We present the invariant structure of a Holomorphic Unified Field Theory in which gravity and gauge interactions arise from a single geometric framework.

Beyond its role in immune evasion, this study identified that CD47 drives tumor‐intrinsic signaling in non‐small cell lung cancer (NSCLC). Transcriptomic profiling and functional studies revealed that CD47 regulates cell adhesion, migration, and metastasis through an ERK–EMT signaling axis.

Lagrangian-Hamiltonian unified formalism for field theory [PDF]
The RuskSkinner formalism was developed in order to give a geometrical unified formalism for describing mechanical systems. It incorporates all the characteristics of Lagrangian and Hamiltonian descriptions of these systems (including dynamical equations

Solitons in 4d Wess-Zumino-Witten models -- Towards unification of integrable systems -- [PDF]
We construct soliton solutions of the four-dimensional Wess-Zumino-Witten (4dWZW) model in the context of a unified theory of integrable systems with relation to the 4d/6d Chern-Simons theory.

We analyze cisplatin–DNA adducts (CDAs) and double‐strand breaks (DSBs) in a cell‐cycle‐dependent manner. We find that CDAs form similarly across all cell cycle phases. DSBs arise only in S‐phase. CDAs might not directly impair DSB repair, but S‐phase DSB lesions evolve in the presence of CDAs and disrupt repair in G2, also causing radiosensitization ...

Unified Phase Field Theory (UFT): A Unified Field Theory of Fundamental Interactions [PDF]
Unified Phase Field Theory (UFT) is proposed as a unified field theory in which a single phase field constitutes the fundamental physical entity. Within this framework, spacetime geometry, gauge interactions, and matter arise as effective manifestations ...

Interpreting the effects of DNA polymerase variants at the structural level
Using MAVISp and molecular dynamics simulations, we analyzed over 60 000 missense variants in POLE and POLD1 from ClinVar, COSMIC, cBioPortal, and saturation mutagenesis. Identified mechanistic indicators, including stability, binding, and long‐range, enable structural interpretation, providing ACMG‐like evidence for possible reclassification of VUS ...
