Universal Gripper for Industrial Manipulation With Enhanced Rigid Mechanics and Self‐Adaptable Fingers

open access: yesAdvanced Robotics Research, EarlyView.
An enhanced universal gripper combining rigid mechanics with self‐adaptable fingers is presented for industrial automation. The novel six‐bar linkage with integrated compliant pad eliminates mechanical interference while enabling passive shape adaptation.

A Brain‐Wide Atlas of Astrocytic Oxytocin Receptors Reveals a Glial Basis for Nucleus Accumbens Modulation of Affiliative Behavior

open access: yesAdvanced Science, EarlyView.
The cellular actors of oxytocin signaling are under intense scrutiny. A brain‐wide anatomical and functional analysis in mice and rats reveals widespread expression of oxytocin receptors in astrocytes. These receptors are functionally active and, in the nucleus accumbens, selectively regulate male social affiliation.

Senolytic Therapy as a Preventive Strategy for Spine Degeneration and Pain

open access: yesAdvanced Science, EarlyView.
Cellular senescence promotes inflammation, tissue degeneration, and chronic back pain. In sparc‐null mice, early oral administration of the senolytic agents o‐vanillin and RG‐7112 reduced senescent cell burden and pro‐inflammatory SASP signaling across intervertebral discs, endplates, vertebral bone, and spinal cord.

Cysteine Redox State Governs the Condensation Pathway of Hendra Virus W Protein and Differentially Impacts Type I IFN and NF‐κB Signaling

open access: yesAdvanced Science, EarlyView.
The cysteine redox state of the Hendra virus W (WHeV) protein controls assembly into fibrils or amorphous aggregates, with residues 2–29 required for fibrillation. In cells, WHeV forms different types of nuclear condensates. Impaired ability to form redox‐sensitive, non‐filamentous condensates reduces WHeV inhibition of the NF‐κB pathway, while it ...
