G‐Quadruplexes: Structural Diversity and Emerging Roles in Biomolecular Condensation

G‐quadruplexes (G4s) fold into diverse intra‐ and intermolecular structures, positioning them as emerging regulators of biomolecular condensation. Mechanistically, G4s autonomously form condensates, act as structural platforms to initiate and stimulate condensation, or induce phase transitions.

Ahcy Acts as an Effector of Hnf4a‐Driven Super‐Enhancer Activation to Alleviate MASLD During Intermittent Fasting

Our study identifies an Hnf4a‐driven super‐enhancer of hepatic Ahcy that mediates the protective effects of intermittent fasting against MASLD. Pd(OAc)2-catalyzed dehydrogenative C–H activation: An expedient synthesis of uracil-annulated β-carbolinones

An intramolecular dehydrogenative C–H activation enabled an efficient synthesis of an uracil-annulated β-carbolinone ring system. The reaction is simple, efficient and high yielding (85–92%).
