The research and progress of organoid in urinary tumors [PDF]
As an emerging 3D in vitro model system, organoids have the advantages of maintaining the original tissue genotype and biological characteristics, and can to some extent simulate the structural relationship between cells and matrix in in-situ tissues, as

Multi‐omic profiling of T1 high‐grade bladder cancer identifies a high‐risk subtype (T1HG1) driven by NQO1, which couples anoikis resistance with immune evasion. NQO1 orchestrates macrophage–T cell crosstalk suppression via CXCL9 modulation. Pharmacological NQO1 inhibition with skullcapflavone II enhances cisplatin efficacy, representing a promising ...

This study reported renal‐clearable bio‐orthogonal near‐infrared fluorogenic probes (BGRs) that specifically imaging and urinalysis of granzyme B for dynamic evaluation of RCC immunotherapy. BGRs not only differentiate immunotherapeutic responses in orthotopic RCC mice, but also enable sensitive optical urinalysis of granzyme B in clinical specimens ...

A novel resistance mechanism is mediated through phagocytosis of cancer cells by AR+ TAMs. This process, dependent on ANXA2, enables macrophages to acquire AR protein from engulfed tumor cells. The internalized AR translocates into the macrophage nucleus, where it binds directly to the IL‐6 promoter, augmenting IL‐6 transcription and secretion ...

A Comprehensive Review of the Current State of Robot-assisted Laparoscopic Salvage Prostatectomy [PDF]
Background and Objective Salvage robot assisted radical prostatectomy (sRARP) is performed for patients with biochemical or biopsy proven, localized prostate cancer recurrences after radiation or ablative therapies. Traditionally, sRARP has been avoided

Renal IGFBP6 Interacts With THBS1 to Drive Renal Cellular Senescence and Fibrosis
ABSTRACT Epithelial dedifferentiation and myofibroblast activation are critical drivers of chronic kidney disease (CKD) progression. Elevated levels of IGFBP6 have been linked to decreased renal function in CKD patients, but its precise role and underlying mechanisms remain unclear.

A case of primary renal oncocytic tumor: Chromophobe renal cell carcinoma or oncocytoma?
Introduction “Other oncocytic renal tumors of the kidney” is a new category constituted by 2022 WHO classification and different in the point of morphology and immunohistochemistory from typical oncocytic/eosinophilic renal tumors including chromophobe ...

CCT2 Promotes Prostate Cancer Progression Through EIF3F‐Dependent Stabilization of FASN
ABSTRACT Prostate cancer (PCa) is increasingly recognized to be driven by dysregulated lipid metabolism. Although fatty acid synthase (FASN) is highly expressed in PCa, the mechanisms governing FASN protein stability and its functional integration into oncogenic lipid metabolism remain poorly defined.

Impact of Ki-67 and E-cadherin expression on lymphovascular invasion in upper urinary tract urothelial carcinoma [PDF]
Bacground/Aim. Upper urinary tract urothelial carcinoma (UUT-UC) constitutes 5% of malignant neoplasms arising from transitional epithelium, but is more invasive than bladder cancer.

Abdominoperineal resection (APR) after minimally invasive rectal cancer surgery was associated with significantly higher rates of erectile and early ejaculatory dysfunction compared with anal‐sparing surgery. Although ejaculatory function showed partial recovery over time, erectile dysfunction persisted up to 12 months postoperatively.
