MCUB Inhibits PRKN‐Dependent Mitophagic Degradation of PD‐L1 to Promote Immune Evasion in Bladder Cancer

In bladder cancer, the overexpression of MCUB not only reduces mitochondrial calcium influx but also facilitates its binding to PRKN at Arg51, both mechanisms contribute to the impairment of PRKN‐mediated mitophagy. Consequently, the degradation of PD‐L1 is suppressed, leading to its stable expression on the tumor cell surface.

Under‐Urine‐Adhered Supramolecular Hydrogel with Linearly Sustained Quercetin Release Facilitates Hemorrhagic Cystitis Healing via Inflammation Regulation

A supramolecular gelatin‐based hydrogel adhesive was engineered for hemorrhagic cystitis management. It provides robust wet‐tissue adhesion, rapid hemostasis, sustained quercetin release, effectively restoring the bladder barrier via anti‐inflammatory and antioxidant actions.

Soft‐Drug‐Inspired MnSTF Nano‐Adjuvant for Safe and Synergistic cGAS–STING Activation in Tumor Immunotherapy

This study introduces MnSTF, a soft‐drug‐inspired nanoadjuvant that overcomes the systemic toxicity of STING agonists. Through Mn2+ coordination with an ENPP1 inhibitor, it enables safe cGAS‐STING activation, remodels the tumor immune microenvironment, and synergizes with radiotherapy or vaccines to elicit robust antitumor immunity.
