Anatomy of Ursa Majoris [PDF]

open access: yesMonthly Notices of the Royal Astronomical Society, 2012
A nearby friable cloud in Ursa Majoris contains 270 galaxies with radial velocities 500 < VLG < 1500 km s^-1 inside the area of RA= [11h; 13h] and DEC= [+40deg; +60deg]. At present, 97 galaxies of them have individual distance estimates. We use these data to clarify the structure and kinematics of the UMa complex.

Research hotspots and trends in unexplained recurrent spontaneous abortion (URSA) from 2014 to 2024: a bibliometric analysis [PDF]

open access: yesFrontiers in Medicine
IntroductionRecurrent spontaneous abortion (RSA) represents a significant challenge in obstetrics and reproductive medicine. Causative factors in 40%–50% of RSA couples remain unknown, a condition termed unexplained recurrent spontaneous abortion (URSA).

Decidual stromal cells-derived exosomes incurred insufficient migration and invasion of trophoblast by disturbing of β-TrCP-mediated snail ubiquitination and degradation in unexplained recurrent spontaneous abortion [PDF]

open access: yesEuropean Journal of Medical Research
Background Exosomes released from decidual stromal cells (DSC-exos) play a crucial role in facilitating the epithelial–mesenchymal transition (EMT) of trophoblasts and insufficient trophoblasts EMT are associated with URSA (unexplained recurrent ...

LncRNA landscape and associated ceRNA network in placental villus of unexplained recurrent spontaneous abortion

open access: yesReproductive Biology and Endocrinology, 2023
Background Unexplained recurrent spontaneous abortion (URSA) is one of the most challenging conditions frustrates women of childbearing age profoundly. The gene expression patterns and biological characteristics of placental villus in patients with URSA ...

miR-146a/b-5p-IRAK1-NF-κB Axis Regulates Unexplained Recurrent Spontaneous Abortion. [PDF]

open access: yesJ Mol Recognit
ABSTRACT Unexplained recurrent spontaneous abortion (URSA) remains a prevalent obstetric issue, the underlying causes of which are still not fully understood. MicroRNAs (miRNAs) have the potential to influence URSA through their regulation of gene expression.

A missense variant in NCF1 is associated with susceptibility to unexplained recurrent spontaneous abortion

open access: yesOpen Life Sciences, 2022
Unexplained recurrent spontaneous abortion (URSA) is a major concern in reproductive medicine. Neutrophil cytosolic factor 1 (NCF1) polymorphisms leading to low production of reactive oxygen species (ROS) are strongly associated with autoimmune diseases.

Low-dose aspirin protects unexplained recurrent spontaneous abortion via downregulation of HMGB1 inflammation activation

open access: yesFrontiers in Endocrinology, 2022
BackgroundHigh mobility group box protein 1 (HMGB1) is considered as a kind of sterile inflammatory mediators, which is an overexpression in patients with unexplained recurrent spontaneous abortion (URSA).

Long Noncoding RNA RP11-115N4.1 Promotes Inflammatory Responses by Interacting With HNRNPH3 and Enhancing the Transcription of HSP70 in Unexplained Recurrent Spontaneous Abortion

open access: yesFrontiers in Immunology, 2021
BackgroundUnexplained recurrent spontaneous abortion (URSA) is a common pregnancy complication and the etiology is unknown. URSA-associated lncRNAs are expected to be potential biomarkers for diagnosis, and might be related to the disease pathogenesis ...

Research progress of immune balance and genetic polymorphism in unexplained recurrent abortion

open access: yesExploration of Immunology, 2023
The etiology of recurrent spontaneous abortion (RSA) is extremely complex, as there are 40–50% of patients with unexplained miscarriages, known as unexplained RSA (URSA).
