For E.coli Low salt LB For Pichia YPD 80% Glycerol: mix 20mL H2O with 80mL pure glycerol and then autoclave E. coli: 812µL of cells mix with 188 µL of sterile 80% glycerol Pichia: Spin 2min at 2000g. Decant 2ml. Resuspend in remaining liquid. 812µL of cells mix with 188µL of sterile 80% glycerol.
