Calibration study for quadrupole mass spectrometer with LIP new UHV partial pressure standard
This study performed the calibration of QMG700 quadrupole mass spectrometer (QMS) against the ultrahigh vacuum (UHV) partial pressure standard. The research object was the sensitivity, noise level and minimum detectable partial pressure (MDPP) in the ...

On the Vacuum Structure of the 3-2 Model
The 3-2 model of dynamical supersymmetry breaking is revisited, with some incidentally new observations on the vacuum structure. Extra matter is then added, and the vacuum structure is further studied.

Dual targeting of RET and SRC synergizes in RET fusion‐positive cancer cells
Despite the strong activity of selective RET tyrosine kinase inhibitors (TKIs), resistance of RET fusion‐positive (RET+) lung cancer and thyroid cancer frequently occurs and is mainly driven by RET‐independent bypass mechanisms. Son et al. show that SRC TKIs significantly inhibit PAK and AKT survival signaling and enhance the efficacy of RET TKIs in ...

Nonzero Mean Squared Momentum of Quarks in the Non-Perturbative QCD Vacuum
The non-local vacuum condensates of QCD describe the distributions of quarks and gluons in the non-perturbative QCD vacuum. Physically, this means that vacuum quarks and gluons have nonzero mean-squared momentum, called virtuality. In this paper we study

Plecstatin inhibits hepatocellular carcinoma tumorigenesis and invasion through cytolinker plectin
The ruthenium‐based metallodrug plecstatin exerts its anticancer effect in hepatocellular carcinoma (HCC) primarily through selective targeting of plectin. By disrupting plectin‐mediated cytoskeletal organization, plecstatin inhibits anchorage‐dependent growth, cell polarization, and tumor cell dissemination.

Impact of Gravity on Vacuum Stability
In a pioneering paper on the role of gravity on false vacuum decay, Coleman and De Luccia showed that a strong gravitational field can stabilize the false vacuum, suppressing the formation of true vacuum bubbles. This result is obtained for the case when

Nanosecond infrared laser (NIRL) low‐volume sampling combined with shotgun lipidomics uncovers distinct lipidome alterations in oropharyngeal squamous cell carcinoma (OPSCC) of the palatine tonsil. Several lipid species consistently differentiate tumor from healthy tissue, highlighting their potential as diagnostic markers.

The Laser Interferometer Space Antenna (LISA) mission is designed to detect space gravitational wave sources in the millihertz band. A critical factor in the success of this mission is the residual acceleration noise metric of the internal test mass (TM)

First-principles study of hydrogen adsorption behavior in C15 Laves phase compound ZrV2
The hydrogen absorption behavior of C15 Laves phase compounds ZrV2 has been systematically investigated by the first-principles calculations. In the C15 Laves phase, hydrogen atoms can occupy three possible tetrahedral interstitial positions—2A2B, 1A3B ...
