Advanced Science, EarlyView.ALDOA‐depletion‐mediated glycolytic reprogramming promotes autophagy‐mediated degradation of MBOAT2, increasing the ratio of phospholipids containing pro‐ferroptotic polyunsaturated fatty acids over anti‐ferroptotic monounsaturated fatty acids, and thus sensitizing cancer cells to ferroptosis.
