Variational Approach of Marangoni Mixed Convection Boundary Layer Flow with Pade Technique
In this paper, Variational Iteration method with combining Pade approximation (Modified Variational Iteration Method-MVIM) is performed to Marangoni convection flow over the surface with buoyancy effects which is occurred gravity and external pressure ...

A High Order Solution of Three Dimensional TIME Dependent Nonlinear Convective-diffusive Problem Using Modified Variational Iteration Method [PDF]
In this paper, we have achieved high order solution of a three dimensional nonlinear diffusive-convective problem using modified variational iteration method. The efficiency of this approach has been shown by solving two examples.

Variational Iteration Method for Image Restoration
The famous Perona-Malik (P-M) equation which was at first introduced for image restoration has been solved via various numerical methods. In this paper we will solve it for the first time via applying a new numerical method called the Variational Iteration Method (VIM) and the correspondent approximated solutions will be obtained for the P-M equation ...

Evolutionarily divergent DUF4465 domains have a common vitamin B12‐binding function
We show that DUF4465 family proteins, widespread across bacteria from gut microbiomes, hydrothermal vents, and soil, share a common vitamin B12‐binding function. These augmented β‐jellyroll proteins bind vitamin B12 via extended loops. Our findings establish sequence‐diverse DUF4465 proteins as a widespread class of B12‐binding proteins, highlighting ...

Iterative methods for generalized variational inequalities
The author proposes a three-step algorithm for solving the variational inequality \(u \in K\), \(\nu \in T(u)\), \(\langle \nu, v-u\rangle \geq 0\) for all \(v \in K\), where \(K\) is a non-empty convex closed set in a Hilbert space \(H\), and \(T\) is a possibly multivalued monotone mapping on \(H\).

Activation of the mitochondrial protein OXR1 increases pSyn129 αSynuclein aggregation by lowering ATP levels and altering mitochondrial membrane potential, particularly in response to MSA‐derived fibrils. In contrast, ablation of the ER protein EMC4 enhances autophagic flux and lysosomal clearance, broadly reducing α‐synuclein aggregates.

We solve some higher-order boundary value problems by the optimal homotopy asymptotic method (OHAM). The proposed method is capable to handle a wide variety of linear and nonlinear problems effectively.

Intercompartmental communication in senescence
Senescent cells experience structural changes in the plasma membrane, endoplasmic reticulum, mitochondria, lysosomes, nucleus, and cytoskeleton. These alterations disrupt crosstalk among cellular compartments, impairing vesicular trafficking, contact sites, and molecular flow.

Asymptotic iteration and variational methods for Gaussian potential [PDF]
In this paper we studied approximate solutions of the radial Schr dinger equation with the attractive Gaussian potential. We used asymptotic iteration method and variational method in order to obtain energy eigenvalues for any $n$ and $l$ quantum numbers. Our results are in good agreement with the other studies.
