Bioinspired bromination of a resilin‐derived peptide enables the fabrication of electrospun nanofibrous scaffolds that uniquely combine strain‐stiffening elasticity, proteolytic stability, and antioxidant functionality. These brominated peptide–gelatin hybrids mimic the extensibility of natural elastomers, demonstrating tunable mechanical resilience ...

A mechanically tunable hydrogel composed of gelatin, chondroitin sulfate and laminin promotes angiogenesis in vitro without the supplement of growth factors. Endothelial cells morphogenesis was further enhanced by medium conditioned with bioactive glass 58S‐released ions (Ca and Si), thus offering a promising strategy to vascularize 3D tissue ...

Tumor‐tropic human mesenchymal stem cells (hMSCs) were used as delivery vehicles for magnetotheranostic gold–iron oxide nanoflowers. Magnetic particle imaging of the iron component demonstrated widespread intratumoral distribution and sustained retention in contrast to injection of naked nanoflowers.

A self‐gelling PG@PAC (POD/Gel‐CDH@PA/CHX) powder is developed for infected burn care in austere settings. Upon contact with wound exudate, it instantly forms an adhesive hydrogel, providing simultaneous hemostasis, broad‐spectrum antibacterial activity, reactive oxygen species scavenging, and immunomodulation. In a murine model of S.

1-aryl-3-(4-(7-methylthieno[3,2-d]pyrimidin-4-yloxy)phenyl)ureas: synthesis and molecular modelling studies using VEGFR-2 [PDF]
The development of anticancer drugs inhibiting angiogenesis has been an area of extensive research in the past decade. Angiogenesis is a requirement for tumor growth and metastasis and occurs through several signalling pathways.
