Boiling Histrotripsy (BH), a mechanical form of focused ultrasound (FUS), allows for non‐invasive and non‐ionizing tissue destruction. Utilizing a BH treatment protocol that yielded bifurcating primary tumor growth responses, we found that immediate BH‐induced tumor growth control identifies tumors with acute reductions in antigen‐presenting cells (APC)

Engineering‐Modulated Molybdenum Enzymes Strategy for Tumor‐Specific Metabolic‐Immunotherapy

Biodegradable molybdenum sulfide nanoparticles were synthesized via a one‐pot strategy to increase molybdenum enzyme activity and thus effectively potentiate anti‐tumor immunity by integrating molybdenum‐based metalloimmunotherapy with hydrogen sulfide gas therapy.

The role of Multimerin-2 in pericyte recruitment and vascular stability

The proper function of normal blood vessels is ensured by endothelial cells (ECs), which are tightly connected to one another by specific junctions, thus regulating vessel permeability and the intra- and extra-vasation of immune cells. Additional stability regulators are pericytes and the vessels’ basement membrane (BM).

ANGPTL4 Exacerbates Renal Injury in Diabetic Kidney Disease by Impairing Podocyte Lipophagy via Compromised Lysosomal Degradative Function

In diabetic kidney disease, elevated podocyte ANGPTL4 is linked to reduced TFEB nuclear localization and compromised lysosomal degradative function. These changes impair podocyte lipophagy and promote lipid‐droplet accumulation and podocyte injury, which may contribute to renal injury progression.
