Incorporating environmental DNA metabarcoding for improved benthic biodiversity and habitat mapping

Evaluating land–sea linkages using land cover change and coral reef monitoring data: A case study from northeastern Puerto Rico

Land cover change that leads to increased nutrient and sediment runoff is an important driver of change in coral reef ecosystems. Identification of initial vegetation and habitat changes in small temperate fens using remote sensing

Temperate fens with only incipient, subtle signs of deterioration can be reliably identified using Sentinel‐2 and aerial imagery, which sensitively detect early productivity‐related structural changes. Abstract Small temperate fens rank among the most endangered habitats in temperate Europe.
