Targeting Lactate and Lactylation in Cancer Metabolism and Immunotherapy
Lactate, once deemed a metabolic waste, emerges as a central regulator of cancer progression. This review elucidates how lactate and its epigenetic derivative, protein lactylation, orchestrate tumor metabolism, immune suppression, and therapeutic resistance.

Antibody–drug conjugates (ADCs) transform breast cancer therapy, yet resistance limits their durability. Emerging evidence reveals that ADC failure is not solely tumor‐intrinsic but shaped by dynamic tumor–microenvironment interactions that alter drug delivery, processing, and response.

VEGF-A and VEGFR2 as candidate pathway in NVU OPC recruitment.
a-i Representative confocal images of cerebral cortex sections from EAE-affected WT mice, immunolabelled for growth factors and their receptors: VEGF-A and its receptor VEGFR2 (a-c), FGF2 and its receptor FGFR1 (d-f), PDGF-AA/PDGFRα (g, h) and TGFβ (i ...

GPCRs in CAR‐T Cell Immunotherapy: Expanding the Target Landscape and Enhancing Therapeutic Efficacy
Chimeric antigen receptor T cell therapy faces dual challenges of target scarcity and an immunosuppressive microenvironment in solid tumors. This review highlights how G protein‐coupled receptors can serve as both novel targets to expand the therapeutic scope and functional modules to enhance CAR‐T cell efficacy.

CD4+ Tregs Drive Post‐Ischemic Sprouting Angiogenesis via Endothelial YY1/MAML1 Reactivation
ABSTRACT Microvascular complications of diabetes are chronic diseases of small vessels. We previously found that CD4+ regulatory T‐cells (Tregs) are markedly reduced in type 2 diabetes (T2D) after ischemic injury in both mice and humans, and that Treg deficiency in immunodeficient mice impairs vascular regeneration.

Structural and functional analysis of the heparin-binding domain of VEGF164.
Several of the multitude of functions attributed to Vascular Endothelial Growth Factor-A (VEGF-A) are coordinated by its various isoforms, which are generated as a result of alternative splicing from a single gene. Despite the fact that the VEGF isoforms
