An Integrated Virtual Screening Approach for VEGFR-2 Inhibitors
Journal of Chemical Information and Modeling, 2013In recent years, various virtual screening (VS) tools have been developed, and many successful screening campaigns have been showcased. However, whether by conventional molecular docking or pharmacophore screening, the selection of virtual hits is based on the ranking of compounds by scoring functions or fit values, which remains the bottleneck of VS ...

Effect of phenylurea hydroxamic acids on histone deacetylase and VEGFR-2
Bioorganic & Medicinal Chemistry, 2021A series of phenylurea hydroxamic acids incorporating pharmacophores of inhibitors of HDAC inhibitors and VEGFR-2 has been designed. Most of the compounds show antiproliferative activity comparable to that of Vorinostat and Sorafenib, and better EPC inhibitory activity.
