The Relationship between Inflation and Money in Iran: Evidence from P* Model [PDF]

open access: yesپژوهشهای اقتصادی, 2014
This paper tests monetary view of inflation in Iranian economy by a monetary approach within P* model using OLS and ARDL techniques during 1358-1387 (1979-2008).

The (Glg)ABCs of cyanobacteria: modelling of glycogen synthesis and functional divergence of glycogen synthases in Synechocystis sp. PCC 6803

open access: yesFEBS Letters, EarlyView.
We reconstituted Synechocystis glycogen synthesis in vitro from purified enzymes and showed that two GlgA isoenzymes produce glycogen with different architectures: GlgA1 yields denser, highly branched glycogen, whereas GlgA2 synthesizes longer, less‐branched chains.

Numerical study of wake and potential interactions in a two-stage centrifugal refrigeration compressor

open access: yesEngineering Applications of Computational Fluid Mechanics, 2021
Both potential and wake interactions are usually the primary mechanisms related to the unsteadiness in turbomachines. However, it is usually difficult to distinguish their effects on flow evolution.

Organ‐specific redox imbalances in spinal muscular atrophy mice are partially rescued by SMN antisense oligonucleotides

open access: yesFEBS Letters, EarlyView.
We identified a systemic, progressive loss of protein S‐glutathionylation—detected by nonreducing western blotting—alongside dysregulation of glutathione‐cycle enzymes in both neuronal and peripheral tissues of Taiwanese SMA mice. These alterations were partially rescued by SMN antisense oligonucleotide therapy, revealing persistent redox imbalance as ...

Density and energy dependent semi-microscopic optical potential of nucleon–nucleus elastic scattering

open access: yesResults in Physics
A nonlocal velocity-dependent optical potential was used to study the angular distribution of the differential cross section of nucleon–nucleus elastic scattering.

Remarks on bernoulli constants, gauge conditions and phase velocities in the context of water waves

open access: yes, 2017
This short note is about the gauge condition for the velocity potential, the definitions of the Bernoulli constant and of the velocity speeds in the context of water waves.

Calpain small subunit homodimerization is robust and calcium‐independent

open access: yesFEBS Letters, EarlyView.
Calpains dimerize via penta‐EF‐hand (PEF) domains. Using single‐molecule force spectroscopy, we measured the strength and kinetics of PEF–PEF homodimer binding. The interaction is robust, shows a transient conformational step before dissociation, and remains largely insensitive to Ca2+.

Spherical Particles Growth with Dynamic Oscillation during Lithium Electrodeposition

open access: yesEnergy Material Advances, 2023
In this paper, the spherical particles growth during lithium electrodeposition was investigated by directly solving the governing equations based on the Landau transformation method. The basic growth kinetic characteristics of a spherical particle during
