Iteracinis optimizavimu pagrįsto akies dugno kraujagyslių trasavimo metodo variantas

open access: yesInformacijos Mokslai, 2009
Akies dugne matomos smulkios žmogaus kraujagyslės. Iš jų pakitimų galima diagnozuoti įvairias sisteminių ligų komplikacijas. Dėl to daug dėmesio skiriama automatiniams kraujagyslių stebėjimo akies dugno vaizduose algoritmams.

Surface Vessel Tracking in Airborne Infrared Imagery [PDF]

open access: yes2019 27th Signal Processing and Communications Applications Conference (SIU), 2019
Visual target tracking has been studied for decades and still remains a challenging problem. Ship tracking on infrared images has numerous challenges compared to conventional target tracking such as fast changing of appearance. Rapid appearance change caused by the manoeuvring movement of the target of image acquiring platform, confusion and occlusion ...

Multi-under-Actuated Unmanned Surface Vessel Coordinated Path Tracking

open access: yesSensors, 2020
Multi-under-actuated unmanned surface vehicles (USV) path tracking control is studied and decoupled by virtue of decentralized control. First, an improved integral line-of-sight guidance strategy is put forward and combined with feedback control to ...

Application of a New Shore-Based Vessel Traffic Monitoring System Within San Francisco Bay

open access: yesFrontiers in Marine Science, 2020
Vessel traffic management systems can be employed for environmental management where vessel activity may be of concern. One such location is in San Francisco Bay where a variety of vessel types transit a highly developed urban estuary. We analyzed vessel

Plot Quality Aided Plot-to-Track Association in Dense Clutter for Compact High-Frequency Surface Wave Radar

open access: yesRemote Sensing, 2022
Due to high false alarm rate and low positioning accuracy of compact high-frequency surface wave radar in moving vessel detection, false plot-to-track association often occurs during moving vessel tracking, thus leading to track fragmentation and false ...

Adaptive output tracking control of a surface vessel [PDF]

open access: yes2008 47th IEEE Conference on Decision and Control, 2008
In this paper, the tracking control of a three degree-of-freedom marine vessel is examined. The novelty of this work is the transformation of the asymmetric inertia matrix into a symmetric, positive definite matrix. The asymmetry arises from the added mass common to practical surface vessels and creates a significant challenge for control design.

Target Tracking in RIS [PDF]

open access: yesTransNav, 2009
The article treats of problems bound with the tracking of surface water targets in RIS systems. A concept of RIS has been briefly presented, indicating the need for locating in them the tracking and tracing of ships.

Nonlinear tracking control of underactuated surface vessel [PDF]

open access: yesProceedings of the 2005, American Control Conference, 2005., 2005
We consider in this paper the tracking control problem of an underactuated surface vessel. Based on the cascaded structure of tracking error dynamics, we present two new tracking controllers using Barbalat's lemma and back-stepping techniques under mild assumptions on the reference trajectory.

Robust MPC-Based Fault-Tolerant Control for Trajectory Tracking of Surface Vessel

open access: yesIEEE Access, 2018
A robust control method, based on a model predictive control, is developed for the trajectory tracking of a surface vessel with sensor failures. The kinematic model of a surface vessel is first obtained.
