A Machine Learning Model for Interpretable PECVD Deposition Rate Prediction

This study develops six machine learning models (k‐nearest neighbors, support vector regression, decision tree, random forest, CatBoost, and backpropagation neural network) to predict SiNx deposition rates in plasma‐enhanced chemical vapor deposition using hybrid production and simulation data.

Discovery of Novel Materials with Giant Dielectric Constants via First‐Principles Phonon Calculations and Machine Learning

We discovered novel materials with giant dielectric constants by combining first‐principles phonon calculations and machine learning. Screening 525 perovskites identified six candidates. RbNbO3 was synthesized under pressure and showed ε ≈ 800–1000. This validates our framework as a powerful tool for high‐performance dielectric materials discovery.

Spikoder: Dual‐Mode Graphene Neuron Circuit for Hardware Intelligence

Spikoder, a graphene leaky integrate‐and‐fire circuit that operates as an encoder and a neuron in a spiking neural network (SNN), is introduced. A Spikoder‐driven double‐layer SNN shows an accuracy of 97.37% for the classification of the Modified National Institute of Standards and Technology dataset, demonstrating its potential as a key building block
