Pest Management Science, EarlyView.Combining an essential oil (EO)‐based formulation with copper effectively controls Plasmopara viticola. Field trials showed a 92–99% protection with lower copper inputs, achieving a 45% copper reduction without compromising efficacy. This approach supports EO‐based products as sustainable alternatives for grapevine downy mildew management.

Pest Management Science, EarlyView.Presence and abundance of Botryosphaeria dieback inoculum were determined using spore trapping and droplet digital polymerase chain reaction in British Columbia, Canada. Highest inoculum was recorded in spring (April–June) and again in summer (July–September). These results suggest early pruning in December–January can mitigate pruning wound infections.

How Passive Acoustic and Traditional Monitoring Estimate Bird Diversity Across Habitats
Remote Sensing in Ecology and Conservation, EarlyView.We compared traditional bird counts (PC) with passive acoustic monitoring (PAM) in a heterogeneous Alpine landscape. PAM recorded twice as many species, with a strong correlation between species richness and the bird counts (rs = 0.71); however, there were significant differences depending on habitat type.
