Precision Lignocellulosic Biorefinery: Process Regulation From Corn Stover to Products
This study presents a precision biorefinery framework that transforms corn stover into high‐value bioproducts through whole‐process regulation. Mechanical fractionation separates feedstock into parenchyma‐rich short fibers and vascular‐bundle‐dominant long fibers.

TarPass provides a rigorous benchmark for target‐aware de novo molecular generation by jointly evaluating protein‐ligand interactions, molecular plausibility, and drug‐likeness on 18 well‐studied targets. Results show that current models often fail to consistently surpass random baseline in target‐specific enrichment, while post hoc multi‐tier virtual ...

Additive archaeology: The spirit of virtual archaeology reprinted
Archaeologists in the 1980s were embracing wholeheartedly the rapidly expanding field of computer modelling, hypertext and visualisation as vehicles for dataexploration. Against this backdrop ‘virtual archaeology’ was conceived.

WTAP drives cartilage regeneration by activating an LRP1‐dependent lipid metabolic program in macrophages, enhancing IL‐10 and TGF‐β secretion to promote chondrogenic differentiation. Leveraging this mechanism, virtual screening identifies LRP1‐targeting compounds that effectively stimulate cartilage repair, highlighting a druggable epigenetic ...

3D survey and virtual reconstruction of archeological sites
Abstract As demonstrated in several case studies 3D digital acquisition techniques may greatly help in documenting an archeological site and the related findings. Despite such information supports for the traditional analytical approach for hypothesizing the most probable interpretation of an archeological ruin, mainly focused on excavations and ...
