Vector mesons and (virtual) nuclear optics
Abstract Nuclear photoproduction and inelastic electron-nucleus scattering at high energies are investigated in the framework of a scaling model of electromagnetic interactions which has been recently proposed. No shadowing is predicted to take place for large q2. Our results are in agreement with the available experimental data.
