Technical and economic comparison of a given sample of viticultural firms of the Languedoc-Roussillon FADN sounding (1984 - 1986)

Following-up a study started in 1979, the FADN sounding "Languedoc-Roussillon" is surveyed over a 3-year period, from 1984 to 1986, using a constant sample of viticultural farms. A very high stability in the farm structures and a slight modification in the stocks of vines with the introduction of hybrid vine-plants have been noticed.
